Trade Displays


There will be an opportunity for publishers and other interested parties to display their products in the foyer of the Abel Smith Building at the University of Queensland, St. Lucia. There is a limited amount of space and therefore the number of trade displays will be capped at the conference to 12.

·         Non-Commercial/Government               $150
·         Non-Government Organisation                $ 50
  • Exhibition table and room for banners
  • Two complimentary trade delegate registrations including: lunch, morning tea
  •  Company name listed as exhibitor in conference  program
  •  Incentive scheme to encourage all delegates to attend displays
  • 2 inserts in the Conference satchel
  • You are also invited to participate in providing prizes for happy hour events. This may be in the form of books, commercial products, software etc. These will be promoted at the event.
  • Please note: Stands will be allocated in order of receipt of booking application form and full payment. Late exhibitors may NOT be listed in the Conference program
  •  Trade display registration closes on 13th July 2012     
  • Further information on where and when to send items for the trade displays will be provided closer to the conference.
